Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Delivery time depends on your location, typically 5–10 business days within Canada.
International shipping times may vary and can take longer.

Order Issues

Please double-check your shipping address when ordering.

At Scripture Spark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received them
- In the original packaging
To start a return, please fill the contact form with your order number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
